Decision guide

Choose by bottleneck—not by wish list.

The strongest plan is the smallest one with enough monthly capacity to resolve the constraint holding visibility back.

FOUNDATION01

“Our site is not technically dependable.”

Start here when crawlability, indexation, page quality, internal linking or measurement is unreliable. The first job is making the site accessible and legible to search systems.

See the $999 scope →
GROWTH02

“We rank in places, but we lack authority and citations.”

Choose Growth when the foundation exists and the next constraint is stronger answer-ready content, entity evidence, listing consistency and earned third-party validation.

See the $1,999 scope →
AUTHORITY03

“We need category-level coverage across markets or teams.”

Authority Engine supports two coordinated workstreams, richer evidence assets and a dedicated authority campaign. It requires sufficient site scale and implementation support.

What “qualified opportunity” means: a relevant publisher, directory, platform, article, expert source or unlinked mention that passes topic, audience, reputation and feasibility checks. Outreach is included by plan; editorial acceptance and links remain outside Brandilite’s control.

Your first 28 days

Baseline and implementation start together.

Where first-party data and access exist, month one establishes the starting view while the first high-impact work is already moving through the queue.

Days 1–5

Connect + verify

Confirm goals, primary offer, priority markets, CMS access, GSC, GA4, Bing and available research tools. Validate analytics and conversion definitions before interpreting outcomes.

Days 6–10

Map the constraint

Combine crawl, indexation, page, entity, competitor and authority evidence. Rank work by likely impact, confidence, effort, dependencies and acceptance criteria.

Days 11–21

Ship the first wave

Implement the highest-priority technical, on-page or answer-ready work the platform safely permits. Attach changed URLs, rationale and validation evidence.

Days 22–28

Report + reset

Separate results from observations, document limitations, show work shipped and select the next queue. Search and AI outcomes are tracked over future crawls and reporting periods.

The authority standard

Earned evidence—not backlink inventory.

High-authority backlinks can be valuable, but they are publisher decisions. Brandilite builds the assets, proof, profiles and outreach system that make credible mentions more likely.

01

Relevance before metrics

Targets must match the client’s category, audience, source type and commercial context—not simply clear an arbitrary authority score.

02

Credential + profile integrity

Founder, company, author, reviewer, directory and platform information is corrected so claims are consistent and independently verifiable.

03

Source-worthy assets

Original research, data, comparisons, expert evidence and practical resources create a defensible reason for an editor or AI answer to reference the brand.

04

No guarantees or paid-link disguise

Outreach volume is bounded; placement is not promised. Sponsored relationships must be disclosed and link-qualified appropriately.

Reporting you can audit

See what shipped, what moved and what remains uncertain.

Reports separate first-party search and conversion data from sampled AI observations. Every claim includes its source, comparison period and limitation.

Pricing + delivery FAQ

Thirty clear answers before you choose.

Technical scope, tools, authority work, workflow and measurement—explained without requiring a discovery call.

Choosing a plan + billing

Which plan should I choose?

Choose Foundation when technical or on-page quality is the main blocker, Growth when content and earned authority must move together, and Authority Engine when two workstreams, broader site scale or a dedicated campaign are justified. The free audit can recommend the smallest sufficient scope.

Are plans month to month?

Yes. Each plan is a monthly productized scope. You can cancel before the next renewal; already-started work and the current reporting period remain part of the active month.

Is there a minimum commitment?

There is no long fixed contract in the standard offer. However, search, authority and AI visibility trends often require multiple crawl and reporting periods, so one month should be treated as a baseline and implementation start—not a complete growth cycle.

Does unused capacity roll over?

No. Capacity is a monthly prioritization ceiling, not a bank of hours or deliverables. If access or approval blocks one item, Brandilite moves to the next approved queue item where possible and records the dependency.

Can I move between plans?

Yes, subject to capacity and fit. A change applies to a future billing period after the current queue, open approvals and implementation dependencies are reconciled.

What costs are outside the subscription?

Paid media, sponsored placements, custom application development, major migrations, full redesigns, third-party software licences and unusually large data acquisition are excluded unless separately approved in writing.

Technical SEO + implementation

Does Brandilite implement technical fixes?

Yes, where the client’s CMS, Webflow or platform access safely permits. Changes are documented with affected URLs, rationale and verification. Work requiring a product engineering team or custom application release remains client-owned or separately scoped.

Which technical issues are covered?

Typical work includes crawlability, indexation, robots directives, XML sitemaps, canonical signals, redirects, internal linking, metadata, structured data, duplicate content, rendering risks, Core Web Vitals priorities and page-template quality.

Do you work from Google Search Console and Bing data?

Yes. When access exists, Google Search Console, GA4 and Bing Webmaster Tools are first-party inputs for search performance, indexation and conversion analysis. Platform limitations and missing history are disclosed in reports.

Do you use Semrush, Ahrefs or crawlers?

Available Semrush, Ahrefs and crawler data can support competitive, keyword, backlink and technical diagnosis. A client-specific enterprise subscription or paid seat is not included automatically.

Can you support a migration or redesign?

Migration risk analysis, URL mapping priorities and pre-launch checks can enter the queue, but a large migration or full redesign exceeds the standard monthly scope and needs separate approval.

How are technical priorities selected?

Issues are ranked by expected business impact, confidence, site coverage, effort, dependency and verification method. A severe-looking audit flag is not automatically prioritized if it has little material effect.

On-page SEO, AEO + GEO

How are SEO, AEO and GEO different?

SEO improves crawlability, relevance and authority for search. AEO makes pages answer buyer questions clearly. GEO strengthens the source quality, entity evidence and third-party corroboration that can help generative systems understand and cite a brand. They share the same foundation.

Is there special “AI schema” to install?

No special GEO schema guarantees visibility. Structured data is used when it accurately describes visible content, while crawlability, usefulness, clear entities, evidence and authority remain the core work.

What is an answer-ready asset?

It is a new or substantially rebuilt page designed around a real buyer question or decision. It may include concise answers, definitions, comparisons, evidence, methodology, visible FAQs, internal links and a clear conversion path.

Can existing pages be improved instead of publishing new content?

Yes. Updating an existing high-potential page is often more valuable than adding another URL. The queue can consolidate, rewrite, expand, redirect or internally link existing content when evidence supports it.

How is AI visibility tracked?

Where supported, reports combine platform data with sampled commercial prompts, mentions, citations, cited sources, competitor inclusion, sentiment, referral visits and conversions. Prompt observations are directional because answers vary by engine, location, wording, model and time.

Do you guarantee an AI answer will cite us?

No. Brandilite improves eligibility, clarity, evidence and authority, but no agency controls an AI system’s response, search ranking, citation choice or recommendation.

Backlinks, listings + authority

Are high-authority backlinks included?

Research, asset preparation, reclamation and qualified outreach are included by plan. A third-party publisher decides whether to mention or link, so backlinks are earned outcomes rather than guaranteed monthly inventory.

What counts as a high-quality authority opportunity?

It must be topically relevant, credible to the target audience, editorially defensible and feasible for the brand. Traffic, source reputation, citation context and risk matter more than a single domain metric.

Do you build credibility profiles?

Growth and Authority plans can improve company, founder, author, reviewer and expert profiles so names, roles, claims, credentials and links are consistent across the site and relevant third-party surfaces.

Are directory and platform listings covered?

Yes, where relevant. Work may include discovery, accuracy checks, corrections and gap prioritization across industry directories, software platforms, ecommerce ecosystems, professional profiles and trusted databases.

What are article and contributor opportunities?

These are legitimate editorial routes such as expert commentary, source requests, contributor pitches, research citations, partner resources and relevant industry articles. Submission or placement is not guaranteed.

Do you buy links or disguise sponsored placements?

No. Brandilite does not sell automated or guaranteed ranking links. Any paid or sponsored relationship must be transparent and use the appropriate link qualification.

Workflow, reporting + results

Do I have to book recurring calls?

No. Onboarding, access requests, queue approvals, delivery notes and reporting are asynchronous by default. That keeps decisions written, reviewable and easier to act on across time zones.

What happens immediately after starting?

You receive written onboarding, an access checklist, measurement validation, a baseline plan and the first prioritized queue. Authority Engine also requires asynchronous fit approval before payment.

When should results appear?

Technical changes can be verified after release, but ranking, demand, citations and authority often change over multiple crawls and reporting periods. Reports distinguish shipped work and validated fixes from outcomes that still need time.

What is included in the monthly report?

The report covers work shipped, changed URLs, validation evidence, search performance, sampled AI visibility, earned mentions or sources, referral and conversion data, limitations and the next priority queue.

How are conversions measured?

Where tracking is configured, Brandilite reviews GA4 events, lead or purchase actions, landing-page performance, organic conversions, AI referral visits and assisted outcomes. Checkout clicks are kept separate from confirmed revenue unless a verified success signal exists.

What access will you need?

Typical access includes the CMS or Webflow project, Google Search Console, GA4, Bing Webmaster Tools and any approved research platforms. Access is requested according to the active workstream and should use the least privilege needed.
